During his lifetime, Konami has updated his watchlist for Dance Dance Revolution A3 several times. In April 2022, it updated the watchlist to include popular songs from Project Touhou titles. However, Dance Dance Revolution A3 Only available in domes. This means that users will need a physical machine to play these songs.
In 2019, Konami announced the plan bring Dance Dance Revolution and Beatmania to mobile devices. This includes plans for releases, such as being able to project games from your mobile device onto a monitor or TV. However, a project called Dance Dance Revolution Ultimate, which will see the popular dance title appear on mobile devices, has had little or no update regarding a potential release. Konami did not make any additional announcements about the possibility of bringing the series to mobile devices or if it has any intention of releasing a new title outside of video games.
