A homeless dog named Hera is filled with anxiety after she gives birth during the harsh winter months on the streets of Serbia. There is a devastating blizzard every day, making it difficult for her to find food or keep her lovely puppies warm and well fed. She then slithered through the snow to seek refuge in a cold, wet drain by the side of the road.
Over the next few days, Hera constantly stressed about the survival of her ailing children. She would rush out of the pipe every time she heard traffic passing, begging passersby to help her save the lives of her children. But her hopes were dashed by indifference because no one gave her the shelter or the warmth with which she was so desperately searching for her puppies.
