A man and a woman will appear in court charged with the murder of their young daughter.
Lily-Mai St George was just 31 weeks old when she passed away on 2 February 2018.
An inquest into her death found she had 19 broken ribs and a serious head injury at the time of her death.
Darren Hurrell, 25, Derby, and Lauren Saint-George, 25, Enfield, will appear at Wood Green Crown Court on Monday, June 13.
Hurrell and Saint-George have both been charged with:
- Murder of a victim under one year old
- Causing or allowing the death of a child
- Manslaughter
- Assault / mistreat / neglect / neglect a child / young person to cause unnecessary suffering / injury
Their trial will take place next week.
