Malzahn will enter his third season at UCF, following his eight consecutive championship seasons at SECOND. The Tigers made it to the BCS Championship match in his 2013 debut season, a year before starting the four-team team College football knockout match.

Houston was not on the original Big 12 roster when the league began playing in 1996 after former Big Eight Conference members joined half of the now-defunct Southwest Conference. Cougars went from SWC to United States Conference and then Americans in 2013.
Sitake, a former BYU fullback about to enter his eighth season as head coach of his alma mater, is on the payroll of Kyle Whittingham at Wyoming when the Utes went from West Mountain arrive Pac-12.
