Automakers seem to be figuring out headlight performance faster and faster. The Highway Safety Insurance Institute just announced two more cars received The organization’s top safety pick+ award for improving lighting: prize Kia EV6 2023 and 2023 Audi A5.
Both cars have the highest score for crash test and collision prevention systems, but some versions of each vehicle have poorly functioning lights. in the case of audioa version with “Marginal” headlights and that there is a version with “Poor” headlights. All now EV6 lights are “Good” and A5 have lights rated “Good” or “Acceptable”.
The A5 joins much of the rest of the Audi lineup for a Top Safety Pick+ rating, and Kia joins its platform siblings hyundai Ioniq 5 and Genesis GV60 in the award.
