Keeneland invites those interested in working at the track during the 2023 Spring Encounter from April 7 to 28 to apply in person at the Recruitment Center, open Thursday, March 2 and will be available every Tuesday and Thursday in March, or online at Keeneland.com/jobs. Keeneland is seeking positions in Franchise, Food & Beverage, Customer Service, Parking, Retail, Security, Kitchen Tracking and other areas.

The majority of the positions Keeneland is offering in the Spring Encounter are entry level and do not require any formal training other than the paid training provided by Keeneland. Employees for the entire Spring Encounter typically work 40 paid hours per week.
Some of the jobs available are with Keeneland Hospitality, which provides catering for the entire Keeneland campus, including the Clubhouse, Grandstand, Concession and Track Kitchen. Those with qualified culinary, waitstaff and host experience are encouraged to apply. They will have the opportunity to gain valuable culinary and culinary experience when they are trained directly under the guidance of talented chefs.
