Under the distribution of Edaran Modenas (EMOS), Kawasaki Malaysia opened its first 4S center at Section 15, Shah Alam, Selangor. Called Kawasaki Shah Alam, the opening ceremony of the 4s center was attended by EMOS CEO Roslan Raskan, Marketing Manager George Kashiwagi and Kawasaki Shah Alam CEO Datuk Cear Kin Keong.
Besides selling Kawasaki motorcycles, parts and services, Kawasaki Shah Alam is also listed as a Kawasaki All Star store. This means Kawasaki riders and fans can purchase all current Kawasaki models from small to large engine displacements, as well as Kawasaki off-road models.
“Looking around Kawasaki Shah Alam, I am inspired that the first experience store of its kind will also serve as a platform for the Kawasaki community to experience a wide range of KAwasaki’s innovative products in an immersive setting. Because we believe the real success story of the Kawasaki brand lies in their people,” said Mr. Roslan.
“All of our KAWASKI All Stars adopted the design and construction of Kawasaki Plazas in Japan by emphasizing product display and visual merchandising, we believe that by sharing design aspects and beliefs alike, the gallery will leave visitors with a sense of belonging and fulfillment. In other words, give them the Kawasaki experience: where culture meets interests,” said Kashiwagi.
