The goal of these events is to give those who have played before the opportunity to visit again. This way, they can sample new content and possibly fall back to the MMORPG again. For this latest iteration, those who sign in then have 96 hours to play for free.
As always, you need to meet certain conditions to participate. You must own FFXIV and have an inactive account before taking advantage of the June 2022 free login campaign. This means you cannot be an existing player and have paid for a subscription in the last 30 days. If you own multiple accounts and one of them is active, you cannot join. Also, you can’t try again if you’ve been suspended or have a canceled account. So if someone starts playing on June 15, 2022 at 11 a.m. ET, they’ll be able to play for free until June 19, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. ET .
