Jennifer Garner goes Viral to bathe her cat in the sink
If you’ve ever tried bathing a cat, you know that it’s not always the easiest task to accomplish. There is a stereotype that cats hate water for a reason, and they make sure that bath time doesn’t go for walks in the park.
Thankfully, cats are pretty good at bathing themselves, but sometimes they get into sticky situations that require the help of a cleaner.
They may sometimes try to befriend a skunk, which almost always results in a shared bath. But other times, they may just have a potty accident that leaves a little bit of residue on their belongings. That’s what happened to poor Moose, Jennifer Garner’s beloved cat.
Garner shared in an Instagram video that Moose had “dropped his pants” and “got bitten.” He desperately needed a shower, so Jennifer decided to complete the mission and film it for all social media to see.
She shared the video, speech, “Even big boys sometimes get into accidents. It’s okay, Moose – you’re still the most handsome. ”
She begins the video by asking us not to mock Moose because of his predicament (or because of the “obesity problem”).
She proceeded to take off his collar and put him in the sink to start showering. Like most cats, Moose is not a big fan of water and opposes bathing by wiggling around and trying to jump out of the tub completely.
Garner struggles to wash his cat’s hair and clean its backstage while lightening things up with songs and commentary made for kids.
At one point, the giant cat jumped from the sink and clung to Garner, dripping shampoo and water all over his body. He is clinging to dear life when Garner tries to separate him from her. She can be heard saying, “What will my mother do?”
In the end, Moose was named clean enough to get out of the tub and dry off. Jennifer ends the video by saying she will “never forget this as long as I live” and notes that they didn’t get a chance to make adjustments.
After being uploaded to Instagram, the video began to take the Internet by storm. It was only a matter of time before Twitter user @isa_alcantara shared the video on Twitter and it went viral there:

I felt so horrible, I laughed so hard at Jennifer Garner’s struggle to bathe her fluffy cat, Moose. But I have no regrets. https://t.co/Jn7u7oy9Q9

Jennifer and Moose form an iconic duo, and this isn’t the first time they’ve attracted attention on social media. Just last year, a photo went viral showing Garner taking a stroll in a stroller. Inside the trolley was none other than Moose himself.
Check out the two below:
