Chevrolet confirms base price of $30,000 for 2024 Chevy Equinox EVa compact crossover will debut in the fall of 2023. That entry model, with an estimated 250-mile range, doesn’t include any incentives like EV tax credits and it should arrive within a year of first delivery date.

Battery technology company StoreDot has started shipping EV batteries charge very fast for automakers for real-world testing. With prototype cells, the automakers that have invested in StoreDot can help advance their goal of getting their designs into mass production by 2024. It claims a 100-mile charge in five minutes.
