JD Martinez’s triple hit lifts the Dodgers past the Padres for 4th straight win
J.D. Martinez hit a homer three times ahead in the first inning, Julio Urias throw seven strong innings and Dodgers Los Angeles defeat Padres San Diego 4-2 on Saturday for their fourth straight win.
The leaders of the NL West went on to win a fifth straight series and have won 17 of the last 20 at Dodger Stadium.
Padres has solos equal to Juan Soto in the first and Ha Seong Kim in the second part of Urías, both had two goals.
After an error by Mookie bet In the fifth match that started the season at short distance, Urías beat the next nine players in a row.
Urías (5-3) got herself out of a tight spot in the sixth inning with corner runners. He made a comeback by Xander BogaertsSpin and throw to second to start doubles end of inning.

Joe Musgrove (1-1) was fouled against the pitching clock in the third inning with Will Smith at disk. Musgrove and the catcher Austin Nola was among five absent-minded Padres who had mistakenly walked toward the dugout with two outings. They quickly withdrew.
Freddie Freeman doubled the lead and scored in Smith’s RBI single to take a 4-2 lead. Freeman’s 30 career bats against Musgrove is the most of any major league player, and his 13 hits are the most against a right-hander.
Musgrove gave up four times and eight hits in five thirds. He hit out five and went four. He’s never had 1-2-3 innings, being pulled two innings in the sixth.

Padres: OF David Dahl (right quadriceps strain) began his detox with Triple-A El Paso on Friday.
Dodgers: RHP Noah Syndergaard threw a bull on Saturday and his right index finger “looks fine,” manager Dave Roberts said. He will consult with the coaching staff to decide whether Syndergaard will start as scheduled on Monday. Syndergaard cut his finger on Tuesday in Milwaukee and is putting protective glue on it.
