Trevor Bryan defends his WBA Heavyweight ‘regular’ title against former interim champion Daniel Dubois in Miami this weekend.
Bryan, 32, is undefeated in his 22 professional fights with 15 KOs to his name, but is considered the underdog against British boxer Dubois. The winner will face the upcoming winner the world title remover between Hughie Fury and Michael Hunter on July 2nd.
Saturday’s heavyweight title clash will be Dubois’ first in nearly a year after a decisive first-round win over Joe Cusumano in August, while “The Dream” edged Jonathan Guidry through passed the decision to split in January.
American Bryan thinks Dubois is a ‘quit guy’ when it comes to the fightone concerns the Londoner’s decision against Joe Joyce in November 2020 to start his knee and count after he sustained a horrific eye injury.
