After you get access to Gion in chapter 4 of Like a Dragon: Ishin, you can start the side story The Sexy Madam by talking to a woman in an elaborate kimono. She is standing right after you enter the district after crossing the Shijo Bridge in front of Aoba Kitchen. However, if you’ve done some basic shopping in Fushimi early on, you probably already have what she needs.
Sexy Lady in Like a Dragon: Ishin says she wants a cucumber. While she does specify that she wants Ryoma Sakamoto’s cucumbers, any fruit you can find will do. Fushimi Green Grocer sells cucumbers among other products for 100 months. If you choose one, it will work to complete the side story. (If this is your first Green Grocer purchase, you’ll also get some other items for free, such as tomatoes.)
You will then get a Vitality Pill for bringing her a cucumber, as well as 150 Virtue. This also begins a binding relationship with her. You can also drop by later to increase your bond with her in Diligence Record.
