We already know that Halo Infinitethe battle is over will not expire, but now 343 Industries has revealed more about its first season to IGN.
Season 1 of the Halo Infinite battle will be called “Heroes Of Reach”, as announced in June, and will feature cosmetic item rewards drawn from Halo: Reach. This works by allowing you to unlock the armor core – the base you plug other cosmetic items into – and then start customizing it with matching and matching items taken from the troop. by Reach.
“For us, the system was made with [armor] in the center, and then all the attachments the player can choose to add,” lead designer Jerry Hook told IGN. Do you want Emile’s knife? The developers also spoke with IGN about what won’t be in the battle. For example, we learned that there would be no loot boxes, but they also said that they felt “that more traditional players would reject Master Chief’s flossing.” That means there are no dancing Spartans, but there will be emojis for “personal AIs” – NPC soldiers – that players can bring when joining multiplayer.
There will be cosmetic bonuses to be earned through the campaign and weekly challenges, not just through passing the battle, and since the battle pass doesn’t expire, you’ll end up with multiple and swappable them at any time to determine which one you choose’ is currently making progress.
