Congressman Jim Banks also accused President Biden of being “owned by the Chinese Communist Party”.
There will be enormous pressure on individual politicians to participate in the green spending program and a lot of effort to align green spending with the priorities Republicans want, but if Republicans keep stand firm, this could thwart President Biden’s efforts to funnel US taxpayers’ money to other countries and defile Biden’s green agenda.
