RON97 petrol price update second week of May 2024 – premium fuel price unchanged at RM3.47/litre
Wednesday is the usual weekly fuel price update when Treasury announces retail fuel prices for the coming week of May 9-15, 2024.
The price of RON 97 gasoline does not change, so gasoline continues to be at the same price RN3.47 per litre This rate has been fixed since September last year. As for RON 95 gasoline, of course, it continues at the same level ceiling price of RM2.05/literset by the Malaysian government in February 2021.
Likewise, diesel prices continue as they are, with Euro 5 B10 and B20 blends remaining at RM2.15 per liter and Euro 5 B7. costs an additional 20 centsat RM2.35 per litre.
These fuel prices will be in effect from midnight tonight until Wednesday 15 May 2024, when the next set of fuel price updates will be announced. This is the 19th edition of weekly fuel price format this year and a total of 278 times since the format was introduced in early 2019.
