UAH Global Temperature Update for July, 2021: +0.20 deg. C

The Model 6.0 world common decrease tropospheric temperature (LT) anomaly for July, 2021 was +0.20 deg. C, up from the June, 2021 worth of -0.01 deg. C.

 

REMINDER: We have now modified the 30-year averaging interval from which we compute anomalies to 1991-2020, from the previous interval 1981-2010. This alteration doesn’t have an effect on the temperature tendencies.

The linear warming pattern since January, 1979 stays at +0.14 C/decade (+0.12 C/decade over the global-averaged oceans, and +0.18 C/decade over global-averaged land).
