Flotus returns to training after casting uncertain magic
The immediate future of last year’s runner-up Juddmonte Cheveley Park (G1) Flotus who was knocked out in front of a Japanese buyer for US$1 million (US$1,398,136) at the Tattersalls December Sale, became more apparent after she returned to train with Simon and Ed Crisford.

Crisford added: “Flotus has been physically very well over the winter and has options to start back over six and seven ruffles in the second half of April.
“There are a number of races for her at this point, including at Newmarket, Newbury, Ascot or Chelmsford, and at the end of March we will be planning with Mr. Yoshida and his agent. Whatever happens, we’re also excited for Believe She’s Still on the Team.”
Yoshida bought in the UK before, notably when buying Mackem ammo private before she finished second behind Fairyland in Juddmonte Cheveley Park in 2018.
Later coached by Brian Ellison, Mackem Bullet went on to finish sixth at the Breeders’ Cup before joining Wesley Ward at the age of 3.
