Fisker Inc. last week revealed another glimpse of its compact Pear EV due to its starting price of $29,900, as well as some more information about the upcoming urban-focused electric vehicle.
It introduced Pear — short, it says, for “Personal Electric Car Revolution” — last year with a few obscured images and sketches, which make it clear that the EV is smaller. will follow a completely different design direction than the Ocean.
Fisker added more details, saying the car sits higher off the ground with an elevated seating position. According to Fisker, it also has pronounced fenders that “give the car a spacious, powerful stance”. Fisker also reports that development of the Pear is “going well,” with a drivable prototype set to go into production in December 2022. Fisker Ocean will deliver soon
