Nintendo reveals more information about Ike, Symbol of radiance In Fire Emblem joins. The legendary leader of a group of famous mercenaries, he possesses unparalleled combat skills. As a result, Ike becomes stronger when he has less health. He is especially useful to power up enemies by increasing defense and attack power when at low HP.
Emblems are the souls of legendary heroes that reside in Symbolic Rings and can be fitted to traditional units. This mechanic is new Fire Emblem joins. The icon will have interact with common units and related to the story.

Ike’s Link skill is called “Brave Champion”, and it boosts Defense and Resistance when his HP is below 75%. His Link Weapon is simply called “Hammer”. It is perfect for inflicting Smash on enemies, while dealing additional damage to armored units. “Immobilized” is Ike’s Engage Skill, and it causes his Dodge stat to zero in exchange for halving all damage taken. When used by a Dragonline unit, damage is reduced by 10%.
“Supreme Aether” is Ike’s Engage Attack. It boosts defense for one turn to fend off enemy attacks, then unleashes a powerful AoE attack the next turn. “Supreme Aether” also restores HP in proportion to the damage dealt. Ike is a Symbol type that can lunge at a group of enemies, draw their attention away from other units, and on the next turn, destroy them for one turn.

Michihiko Hagi voices Ike in the Japanese dub of Fire Emblem joins. He is also known for voicing Vitali in Soul Nomad & the World EatersMii fighter in Super Smash Bros. Finallyand is the original voice of Ike in Fire Emblem: The Path to Shine & Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn.
Fire Emblem joins will launch worldwide on January 20, 2023 for the Nintendo Switch.
