The Summer Lion King won’t be the only character to wear a bunny girl outfit in Fate / Grand Order much longer. Challenging her for the throne is Scáthach, the Scottish warrior queen of the Dark Lands. Latest FGO events, Land of Shadows Battleground Blitz, starting next week. From August 22, 2022, the Masters of Chaldea will study under Scáthach, studying the art of war.
More specifically, they will study the art of the Holy Grail War. The classical rite of Destiny Franchising is at the heart of FGO Land of Shadows event. Battleground Blitz will see players unlock seven “Grail Front” endurance battles. Mimicking the Holy Grail War, each Holy Grail Front pits their Masters and Servants against each other. They will move their groups across the map in an endurance match. Parties have limiting factors, such as the point cost cap for their Servants and Craft Essences. They also won’t be able to leave the Grail Front without starting over. Victory is achieved when all of the opponent’s Master’s Servants are defeated. Crafty players can also target the Master on their own to end the match quickly.
In return, the winning player will earn Holy Grail Tears and FGO Currency of the Land of Shadows event. Currency can be exchanged for gifts, Tokens and other items. Meanwhile, Tears of the Holy Grail can be exchanged for the Holy Grail itself. The Holy Grail is a necessary item for Palingenesis, a process that allows a Servant to break through the maximum level cap. The player can also earn the Spiritron Dress for Scáthach (Lancer), dressing her up in a bunny girl outfit. The summoning banner also features a Scáthach (Lancer).
