The newly renovated 4,300-square-foot lounge on the Lexus Terrace at Madison Square Garden is a delightful respite from the crowded lobbies and franchises that surround the arena. The new lounge is only available to Chase debit and credit card members, but you must make a reservation at This site.
Many events on the 2023 calendar are fully booked, so book as soon as possible. At the time of writing, most of the Knicks and Rangers games through the end of April are already booked; however, there is still some space for Marc Anthony, SZA and Muse concerts.
With a maximum capacity of 250 people, it is important to note that only four guests can accompany you at a time and each guest must have a valid ticket for the event. The lounge offers free food and non-alcoholic beverages.
With a large central bar and plenty of seating around, the lounge is the perfect space to relax and avoid the crowded lobbies and concessions of MSG’s circular lobbies.
And if you want a more luxurious and private space, you Chase Sapphire Reserve will give you access to the Chase Sapphire Reserve Lounge inside, which has its own bar and seating.

When buying through Ticketmaster and using a Chase card, customers can access special rows of seats with the best locations and views. In New York, you can use Priority Seating at Madison Square Garden Entertainment-owned locations across the city.
