The four destinations moved to Level 4, the highest risk category, are:

With their ornate architecture and rich culture, the Czech Republic and Hungary have been two of the darlings of Central European tourism since the fall of the Iron Curtain in the late 20th century.
Iceland – a land of glaciers, geysers and volcanoes – is a big draw for outdoor adventurers. And charming little Guernsey is a UK self-governing body in the English Channel not far from the coast of France.
CDC Level 4 “Covid-19 Very High” destinations have had more than 500 cases per 100,000 residents in the past 28 days.
People should avoid going to locations designated with “Level 4” notices, the CDC recommends. The agency recommends that anyone traveling should be fully vaccinated first.
Previously, all four destinations were listed in the Category 3 of “High Covid-19” risk. By moving to Level 4, they join the ranks of other travel enthusiasts in Europe and elsewhere. These include:
• Belgium
• Netherlands
• Singapore
• Turkey
• US Virgin Islands
In total, more than 70 destinations are currently at Tier 4. The UK and British Virgin Islands have been ranked at Tier 4 since 19 July.
New items on Level 3

Category Level 3 – which applies to destinations with between 100 and 500 cases per 100,000 residents in the last 28 days – has had three updates this week.
