BWF World Championship 2022: Ashwini Ponnappa-N. Sikki Reddy, Pooja Dandu-Sanjana Santosh had an accident
Ashwini Ponnappa and N. Sikki Reddy’s women’s pair excelled in the second round of the 2022 BWF World Championships on Wednesday.

Ashwini-Sikki was firmly engaged in the first game, but the Chinese pair knocked the game down, winning six points in a row, 21-15.
In the second game, Chen and Jia heavily attacked the Indians, who struggled to respond to the Chinese forehand smashes. They won the game 21-10. The match lasted for 42 minutes.
In another women’s doubles match in the second round, Pooja Dandu and Sanjana Santosh couldn’t match So Hee and Shin Seung Chan. The Koreans advanced to the third round with a 21-15 21-7 victory.
At the end of the day, the female couples of Treesa Jolly-Gayatri Gopichand and Ashwini Bhat-Shikha Gautam, and India’s number. A men’s doubles consisting of Satwiksairaj Rankedlydy-Chirag Shetty and Dhruv Kapila-MR Arjun will participate.
Lakshya Sen, Kidambi Srikanth and HS Prannoy will be the other Indians competing in men’s singles.
