As usual, miHoYo share a new one The Genshin effect Trailer Miscellany has collected. Each one of these videos features Yuri “Dainsleif” Lowenthal talking about the latest addition to the cast. The new section deals with Yae Miko’s move sets and special abilities, which can help people think of a possible artifact set and build for her. One thing to keep in mind for her is that Elemental Mastery is very important.
First, the video begins with Yae Miko’s more standard attacks. Her normal and charge attack involves Spiritfox Sin-Eater, inflicting Electro DMG. All of her attacks rely on Electro DMG. So when she uses her Yakan Evocation: Sesshou Sakura Elemental Skill, she can set up up to three Sesshou Sakura in the field to hit enemies with light. Her Great Secret: Tenko Kenshin Elemental Burst will make any Sesshou Sakura on the field deal with the AOE Electro DMG while also being able to deal with the AOE Electro DMG on her own. If you level up Yae Miko, her fourth Blessing of Enlightenment passive will cause her Sesshou Sakura to deal more damage based on the size of the Elemental Mastery.
This means that when preparing to build Yae Miko, it can be useful to use Electro DMG or Elemental Mastery boost artifacts. Mondstadt’s Midsummer Courtyard Domain is home to Thundering Fury. If two of these artifacts are equipped, the character will receive a 15% Electro DMG bonus. With four, Electricity-related reactions such as Charge, Overload, and Superconductivity deal 40% more damage and can reset the cooldown of an Elemental Skill by one second. Given her reliance on Electro DMG and Elemental Mastery, using items from this set to boost both can be helpful.
The Genshin effect available for PS4, PS5, PC and mobile devices. It will also come to the Nintendo Switch. The Yae Miko banner will be Available until March 8, 2022.
