Biden’s Scientific Integrity Report confirms Young v. EPA – Are you satisfied with that?
Steve Milloy,
After more than 30 years of research, observation, and experience, I can confidently say that there is very little intersection between the “science” of government and the integrity of science. That the Biden administration will issue a report (Web | PDF) about the integrity of science after COVID and the massacre of the EPA’s science advisor is pure arrogance. However, there is a part of the report that fully corroborates the claimant’s case that is taking place Young v. EPA litigation.
The report acknowledges that government advisory committees – such as the EPA’s Clean Air Scientific Advisory Committee (CASAC), the subject of Young v. EPA – should include industry scientists. But CASAC is not. As a result, Young sued the EPA. The decision of the trial court can be made at any time.
