Border Airline just launched a new status offer, allowing Miles Border membership with a United States travel rewards credit card to buy or sign up for Elite 20K offer.
Unlike most previous offers, this one does not require current status with another loyalty program. Instead, all you need is a qualified travel credit card.

You’ll need to enter the Frontier Miles number and the first six digits of your travel rewards credit card. While Frontier has not provided a list of travel rewards credit cards eligible for this offer, according to our testing, you can use any of the following cards:

Elite status offer 20K
There are two options as part of this new offer. You can purchase status outright or sign up for a status challenge.
If you want to buy Elite 20K status through December 31, it will cost you $499. To renew your Elite 20K status for another year, you need to earn 20,000 qualifying miles or 25 flight sectors — the standard eligibility threshold for the program.

If you want to join the challenge, you can pay $199 (though the first 2,000 subscribers pay a discount of $80) and enjoy instant Elite 20k status, valid until the 30th of May. 9.
You can extend your status through December 31 by flying 5,000 miles, spending $5,000 on Frontier Airlines World Mastercard® or any combination of flying and spending.
