We love upgrading from Line 6 before that, including a full-size keyboard that supports swipe typing, a larger screen, improved water resistance, and faster charging. Apple has long been the leader when it comes to smartwatches, and the Series 7 continues to show its dominance. It has excellent workout tracking, with features like SpO2 – a key metric for endurance athletes – and an FDA-approved electrocardiogram. That’s what helps make it one of the Best fitness tracker too.
I especially like that the watch works really well for the elderly with some of the most advanced fall detection features available and the ability to contact emergency services if they or a loved one are in need. Also improved for this generation is the watch’s bicycle fall detection. All of this, plus the ability to track daily activity, makes it a great gift for anyone trying to improve or maintain their health and self-control.
