Drink more water.

Medical experts introduce Adults drink 8 8-ounce glasses of water per day. Studies have shown that people who drink less than half a gallon of water per day may experience headaches, decreased energy and concentration.
Just like your pet, you should always have fresh water available and drink it throughout the day.

Play more, worry less.

Besides the fun they bring us, they really keep us going by encouraging us to play with them. How many times a day does your cat lunge at you or race up and down the hallway?
Walk more.
Have you noticed how excited Fido gets when you say the word “walk”? Do you feel that way?
Walking is great for you and your dog. It helps you lose weight, improve heart health, strengthen bones and muscles, boost energy and the list goes on.
Start by increasing your walking time each day slightly until you reach your desired 10,000 steps per day or 5 miles.
Live in the moment.
Dogs and cats don’t worry about what happened yesterday or what will happen tomorrow, instead enjoying every minute of every day. Sounds good, doesn’t it?
Put down your phone and take the time to smell the flowers and enjoy the little things in life.
As American writer Kurt Vonnegut Jr. Quote: “Enjoy the little things in life because one day you will look back and realize they were the big things.”
Love unconditionally.
There is no better example of how to love unconditionally than dogs and cats. They love people with all their heart and are quick to forgive. They are not vindictive and never go to bed angry.
