One of my new pandemic hobbies is learning about the stock market, including paying attention to companies’ earnings reports. (Nerdy, I know.) But here’s why I stumbled upon a crazy fact: Steve Madden’s Most Recent Reports showed the highest quarterly sales in the entire 31-year history of the company. In addition, revenue increased 52% quarter-over-quarter. If you are a young person like me, this may be surprising news. I got the impression that the brand peaked around the early 2000s. But numbers don’t lie, so I must be wrong!
