If I could give one piece of advice to those new to landscape photography, it would be to carry a lens like a 70-200mm. We tend to default to using a wide-angle lens for landscape photography out of our desire to include as much of the scene as possible, but that doesn’t always translate into images, especially in areas where we can’t get enough of it. visually more complex areas.
