Once upon a time, top gear – old people top gear — had a Zenvo, and it ignites and also has a slow rev time, caused great outrage from the people of Zenvo, a Danish supercar manufacturer. And then something happened: A lot of people forget Zenvo exists, because it comes out only a handful of times with a “new” Zenvo, which is a variant of the same old Zenvo. It launched the TS1 in 2016, and Zenvo finally said last week that it would produce some of the final TS cars. Exactly three TSR-GTs. They are already sold, Zenvo said. Sorry, “allocated.” Then Zenvo will have something completely new, or so they say.
Zenvo says the TSR-GT will make 1,360 horsepower thanks to an “enhanced” version of the 5.8-liter turbocharged V8. The TSR-GT can also run on E85, along with regular gasoline, as Zenvo says it is concerned about “the longevity of the car in the modern world”. Top speed is limited to 263 mph. Zenvo also makes minor tweaks everywhere, which is obviously good enough to offer to anonymous buyers or TSR-GT buyers. From Zenvo’s release:
With a focus on downforce and high-speed stability with a new, elongated rear wing, Zenvo’s design team also created a new type of aerodynamic wheel cover, designed to reduce drag. and helps reach the TSR-GT’s limited top speed of 424 kp/h / 263 mph. All drag-reduction enhancements are made with pre-preg carbon fiber by Zenvo artisans in Denmark.

Meanwhile, the interior also has significant changes compared to the cockpit of the TSR-S. Replacing bare carbon fiber with a sports-focused implementation, Zenvo’s design team carefully curated the use of multi-skin applications. Replacing Alcantara leather on the dashboard, in the seats and steering wheel, the new TSR-GT will get noise-reducing leather-trimmed velvet floor mats on the carbon fiber floorboards.
Just to be clear, Zenvo says this TSR is only “probably” the last resort, which I assume if you have a few million dollars and want a TSR-GT, Zenvo will gladly make one. For what comes next, Zenvo just says this:
The TSR-GT announcement follows Zenvo’s expansion plans, including plans to launch an all-new, all-new vehicle, in the third quarter of 2023, as well as enhancing the team with a series of appointments such as chief commercial officer Jens Sverdrup joined from Czinger Vehicles last year, then was announced as president in Q1 2022.

They say it’s hard to make money in the supercar business, and that seems to be true, given the sheer number of supercar makers that have shrunk over the years, but otherwise: Zenvo. Still here, whether you miss them or not.
