Which channel today Giants vs. Buccaneers? Schedule, time for ‘Monday Night Football’ in Week 11
Those were a few tough games for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. After their defeat to the New Orleans Saints, they came out of their goodbye week in lackluster looks when they faced the Washington Soccer Team. They suffered their second straight loss at FedEx Field, with Tom Brady throwing a pair of interceptions and the defense giving up 19 shots at the end of regulation to lose any shots to get a comeback.
The New York Giants have proven they have a lot of fights in their most recent games. Since a listless 38-11 loss to the Rams, they have won two of their last three, with the loss being another “Monday Night Football” game against the captain – 20-17 overall. This game is set up as something of a similarity, where they face an opponent that is superior on paper but has been struggling in recent weeks.
Bruce Arians has expressed his feelings about the Bucs’ past games, calling them a “stupid team”. The numbers have been out for the past two weeks, with Tampa Bay fined up to 99 yards by the Saints while losing a revenue battle with Washington last week. These aren’t who Tampa Bay is, but those are issues they have to overcome if they’re going to compete in NFC.
The Giants, on the other hand, don’t just play for consolation prizes anymore. NFC has been widely opened up, with six teams claiming four or five wins and some of them trending downwards. Daniel Jones looks to have made fewer mistakes since his disastrous game against the Rams, and he will have to defend the ball against an aggressive Buccaneers defense that could have some pride injured after last week. . Good news for the Giants: Saquon Barkley looks like he’s trending back up. Bad news: The Bucs are second in the NFL compared to the run, just behind their nemesis the Saints.
