“I’m so excited about it,” Tom previously told E! ie parent. “You obviously have some idea of what it could be and how exciting it could be. Nothing compares to the feeling of reality. It’s so wild.”
In fact, Tom said he “got right to it” and quickly learned all the parenting tips and tricks. “I was changing all the diapers in the hospital. Kaley enjoyed it,” he recalls. “It’s amazing in a surprising, beautiful and magical way how intuitively I understood how to take care of this baby and what he needed.”
And although Matilda has had her “picky” moments, Ozark alum shared for the second time, “she makes little noises and whispers, your heart melts.”
“All I wanted to do was sit at home with Kaley and the baby and never leave the house,” he added. “It’s a miracle. We’re very happy.”
