It’s Addams Wednesday like you’ve never seen her before.
Jenna Ortegawho plays the main character in the new Netflix series The Addams . family spin-off series Wednesday, has debuted an edgy new look. The brunette actress traded her medium-length hair for a sassy, cropped, layered bob. In an Instagram post on December 16 and appearing on Tonight’s Show Starring Jimmy FallonThe 20-year-old flaunted her new hairstyle while wearing a metal chain link belt over a black semi-transparent, white collared maxi dress with black heels.
Ortega, who wore her hair in two braids to transform into Wednesday on the show, spoke to Jimmy FalloWOMEN about how she created her character’s now-viral dance to cramp‘ 1981 song “Goo Goo Muck.”
Ortega told Jimmy Fallon that she wanted to choreograph the choreography herself. “[Burton] like, ‘I know you’ve got it. You worked on it. I’m not even worried about it. I trust you.’ And I said, ‘Oh, yeah, you know, it’s all great,'” the actress said before adding, “I haven’t looked through it at all.”
