Removed battery charges against DaBaby
DaBaby has denied the battery allegation.
The rapper is accused of assaulting a driver in Las Vegas in November 2020. The driver testified that he picked up DaBaby and some friends in his Mercedes Sprinter van and when they lit it, he We tell them not to. The driver then claimed that DaBaby and his crew threatened him and when they stopped at the Hard Rock Hotel and were asked to pay, DaBaby punched him in the back and said, “Brother not the boss.”

Some of the crew allegedly said that if they had been in North Carolina, he would have died.
Small battery charging is now dismissed with prejudice. The same case can not be sued against him.
According to TMZ, the charges were dropped because DaBaby did everything he was asked by prosecutors to settle the case – even paying the alleged victim $7,500.
His attorney, Drew Findling, denied the allegation on behalf of his client: “A suspicious 100% false allegation emerged in February in connection with an alleged incident in November. I can smell another attempt at money.”
