Vespa has announced more details about the latest version of their GTV scooter, which is currently rocking the single foru-valve 300 HPE (High Performance Engine). Liquid-cooled and fuel-injected, the GTV produces 17.5 kW (23.8 HP) – the most efficient engine ever mounted on a Vespa.
There are a host of stylistic enhancements, including handcrafted finishes and higher build quality according to the brand.
The light cluster is now full LED, including the characteristic low-set headlights. The instrument cluster is still in an elegant circular form, but switched to digital, with the Vespa MIA connection system available as an accessory.
A powerful top crank is also on the run, with reduced dimensions and clear racing inspiration. The orange upper cover, available as a separate accessory, gives the Vespa Gtv a bolder look.
In the center of the footpads, the unmistakable “tie” features sporty side slits and orange trim trim. The five-spoke wheel rim design is also new, painted matte black with orange graphics on the channel.
Another distinctive element of the Vespa GTV is the two-tone single-seat saddle, and the rear is ready to install a color-coded hard accessory cap to match the bodywork, reminiscent of the fenders featured on the Vespa GTV. racing Vespas.
The appearance of the Vespa GTV is distinguished by the distinctive matte black outline of the low headlights and rear taillights, the body circumference, the passenger and footrests, the silencer cover, the rearview mirror, the mounting brackets and the footrests. device frame.
Convenience is emphasized by the introduction of a keyless system, which allows starting the ignition system without a key. On the rear footplate, the classic ignition lock switch is replaced by a handy knob. To start the car, simply press it and switch it to the ON position. The engine starts in the usual way, using the button located on the right-hand control block.
Adoption of new LCD device allows to display the whole range of trip information (maximum speed, average speed, current consumption, average consumption, range and battery charge status) , as well as all notifications related to calls, messages and music, if the vehicle is connected to a smartphone using VESPA MIA (available as a separate accessory).
