The Institute for the Study of War, a US-based think tank, has said that the leader of the Wagner Group, Yevgeny Prigozhin, “will continue to use both the Group’s confirmed and fabricated successes. Wagner in Soledar and Bakhmut to promote the Wagner Group as the only Russian force in Ukraine capable of achieving clear victories.”
