She said allies need to do more if Vladimir Putin is defeated in Ukraine.
“I think we have to do more. And like I said, we made the right decisions.
“But implementation for some allies took time, and maybe we were too slow. They didn’t have that time and we also had to speed up the execution of our decisions.”
The prime minister warned that the West should try to deal with a protracted conflict and all the sacrifices it can bring.
