McIlroy is looking to break the record of few titles since 2014, while Hovland hopes to break through at a historic major championship on the Old Course.
Unfortunately, Tiger Woods’ week didn’t go well. He had a rough start from the first tee, shooting his worst round at The Open on Thursday before hitting 75 on Friday to sit near the bottom of the standings. Tiger gets emotional as he steps on the 18th fairway knew he was going to miss his chance at The Open for the second time in a row overall (2019) and the second in a row of appearances at St. Andrews (2015).
