Tu Brutus Sires First Winner at Parx

Paper Mansion was bred by Rose Creek Farm in Kentucky from the winning mare at Concord Point Gymnast Jadie. The filly is the mare’s first finisher, half-sister to the 2011 TVG Illinois Derby (G3) winner Joe Vann and the winner is in 3rd place Princess Amalfi .
Paramount Sales offered Paper Mansion for sale at the All Ages Horse Sale in January 2020 in Keeneland, where she was acquired for a final price of $7,000. She had sex with owner Ted Hoover and twice with trainer Harold Wyner before being moved to John Servis’s barn. Her win was the first start for Servis and lifted her earnings to $27,740 from five starts.
Tu Brutus is the 10-year-old son of Scat Daddy, who won the 2015 Alfredo LS Jackson Stakes (G3) and finished third in the 2016 El Derby (G1) in Chile. His four starts in the US include winning the Flat Out Bet in 2017, a second in the Excelsior Bet (G3) and a third in the Brooklyn Invitational (G2). He retired with $252,546 in income.
The stallion entered the stables at Crestwood Ranch in Kentucky, where it stood for $5,000. UK is exported to Turkey in 2020.
