Triumph Malaysia opens PJ showroom, launches Street Triple 765RS for RM73,900, Rs for RM59,900
Opening at Pacific Business Hub, Petaling Jaya is the new showroom of Triumph Motorcycles Malaysia. Triumph Malaysia is currently distributed by Goh Brothers Motorcycles.
This is the second in a series of three gallery openings by Triumph, the first being in Batu Caves. The third showroom will open tomorrow at Juru Auto-City, Perai, Penang.
During the grand opening, the Triumph Street Triple 765RS 2023 was launched in the Malaysian market for RM73,900. The 765RS comes with the Street Triple 765R for RM59,900 with all prices excluding road tax, insurance and registration.
Power comes from a 765 cc, in-line three-cylinder engine with 9% higher torque in the mid-range, while the RS’s peak power is 130 hp at 11,750 rpm and torque. 80 Nm of torque at 9,350 rpm, Euro 5 compliant. A six-speed transmission with the ultimate drive of the chain sends power to the ground.
For owners of Triumph motorcycles in Malaysia whose warranty has expired from January to April this year, the warranty will be extended for another 6 months. This is to cater to owners whose warranty has expired during the switchover from the previous distributor.
