Tim Tszyu makes his US debut on Saturday when he takes on Terrell Gausha at the Armory in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The son of the famous and acclaimed Kostya Tszyu, the 27-year-old Australian has yet to taste defeat. Gausha, however, not some tomatoes can be put in there to make Tszyu look good. Furthermore, a win over Tszyu will add to the American’s résumé, so expect Gausha to make the most of his chances this weekend. The match, scheduled to last twelve innings, will be in the junior middleweight division. Guasha’s last match 22-2-1 was over a year ago when he stopped Jamontay Clark in March 2021. As for Tszyu 20-0, the man saw last action in November when he defeated Takeshi Inoue.
22-0 Michel Rivera will also be on the card Saturday when he takes on Joseph Adorno 14-0-2 in a scheduled 10th round tie at lightweight. Rivera, of the Dominican Republic, last saw action back in October when he went out with Jose Romero. On the other hand, America’s Adorno was last spotted to decide on Jamaine Ortiz last April. Finally, 12-1-1 Elvis Rodriguez will appear on Saturday in a scheduled 10th round match against Juan Valesco 23-2-0 in the children’s match. Rodriguez, from Los Angeles to the Dominican Republic, was last seen stopping Juan Romero from returning in November. Argentina’s Valesco has been spotted deciding to bring Zachary Ochoa back in February 2021.
