Three horses love the 69-1 accumulator splash in the mud at Haydock ️
Haydock Racecourse got it all clear after an inspection, which is great news! On the track is currently soft, from good to soft in places on the hurdles and soft on the track. Adrian Wall selected three horses that must appreciate the conditions of the day, and they combine to form a 69-1 accumulator with William Hill.

For a four-runner race, it’s pretty competitive, and although Nicky Henderson’s Burrows Edge enjoys the soft, he has a 630-day absence to get through. With that in mind, the race should be perfectly set up for runner Evan Williams Coconut Splash. His only success was overcoming the hurdle on the heavy court at Wetherby last year but he finished second behind then Second Division winner Messire Des Obeaux on the soft fence last December. Without being overly punished at Exeter when he returns, he will now be 100%.

For a Veterans race, this really comes with quality. Aso, who was runner-up twice in Ryanair, was relegated but so too Lad View Lake, who will like these conditions. The 11-year-old was last seen finishing seventh at the Scottish Nationals and although he is the top weight class for this, he is 5lb lower in his comeback with a much weaker handicap. He outplayed Santini, Native River and Frodon in class 2 at Aintree this time last year so he could be the class action in the race.

McCain’s stable is completely flying and Goobinator could make up for his Bangor drop here. He was supported as though defeat was unquestionable after his great fourth in Cewarewitch on the Flat, but left the house when the three came along and he seemed certain to play a role. in the end. Proven on soft ground and running from an unchanging landmark, he was the one to beat in the finale.
