One morning, a teenager heard scratching on the porch. He went to investigate and found a tiny puppy alone in the rain. He didn’t know what to do, so he called his parents at work.
They said puppies were not allowed inside because their landlord only allowed one dog in their home, and the family already had a puppy named Rocky. The homeowner lives next door and the teenager’s parents don’t want them to get in trouble because there’s another dog in the house.
The teenager reluctantly agreed. He brought some dog food on the porch and fed the puppies. She was hesitant at first but then realized she could trust the teenager. She was very hungry and ate the food immediately.
The young man wanted to do the right thing. He realized that she might have a family that was missing her, so he took some pictures and posted them online. He waited for a response.
Meanwhile, it was getting dark, and he was very worried about the little dog. Although he knew that he was not allowed to bring the dog into the house, he waited for her parents to fall asleep and then sneaked in.
