The Setel app now shows an EV charger or fuel on the home screen depending on the vehicle currently selected

Setel has a new update where if you select an electric car as your current vehicle, the home screen will default to an EV charger instead of a gas station.

Previously, the default app was gas stations, and you had to tap the question mark icon in the top left and manually select an EV charger to find one. Setel’s database of EV chargers it can operate includes chargers from EVC’s JomCharge network. Soon, you too will be able to use the ChargeEV charger from the Setel . app.

Your currently selected vehicle will appear as a small icon of the manufacturer badge in the top right. To make sure you have the correct data in your app, all you need to do is enter the media type you want to use in the Media screen under More at the bottom left. If you have set up the app to work with ANPR parking featureyou already have some facilities in your application.

All you need to do is update the vehicle to ‘Electric’ and select the type of charging plug you use from the wide selection of Type 2, CCS2 and Chademo.
