The foal was first reported by Bobby’s Wicked One arrives on January 5, according to a January 9 release from Acadiana Equine at Copper Crowne. The filly is out Curlin mare Cced , winner $141,063.
Bobby’s Wicked One’s top win in his four seasons on the track was at Commonwealth Stakes 2019 (G3) at Keeneland. In his 2-year-old debut in 2017 at Fair Grounds & Slots, Bobby’s Wicked One defeated the final men’s sprint champion of 2019 Mitole and second behind Mitole in the 2019 Churchill Downs Stocks presented by Twinspires.com (G1). Coached by Al Stall Jr. for Autumn Hill Farms Racing Stable, Bobby’s Wicked One raked in $547,673 over his 18-race career and raked in a 6-4-1 record. He also won the 2019 Thanksgiving Classic Stake and the 2020 Duncan F. Kenner Stake, both at the Fair Grounds, the site of his five wins.
The 2022 pony was the fourth pony out of Cced, campaigned by LNJ Foxwoods and sold to Autumn Hill Farms for $62,000 in Darby Dan Ranch consignment at the November 2018 Livestock Share Sale at Keeneland.
Bobby’s Wicked One is a 7-year-old son of Sightstown beyond victory Ghostzapper mare Dark Magic , half-sister of the English Channel horse champion. He stood at the Acadiana Equine at the Copper Crowne in Opelousas, La., for an advertising fee of $3,500.
