When this Westie discovered her new home, we all knew she was ecstatic – dancing, screaming and wagging her tail. You can bet this dog is grateful to go anywhere he feels appreciated. Since her pet parents took a video of her seeing her new permanent home in Florida for the first time on Facebook, we can assure you she’s happy.
