THA Releases ADMC Handbook Before Resuming May 22
Owners and trainers are reminded that, except for any other court ruling, the Anti-Doping and Drugs Program (ADMC) regulations will go into effect on May 22, 2023. In an effort to support our riders and women in compliance with the ADMC, THA has produced a four-page notebook covers the Withdrawal Guidelines provided by the RMTC, as well as highlights some of the more impactful changes.

Please note that samples collected from any horse operating off the Veterinary List will be tested to the same standards as post-race samples and any positive test results will be resulting in penalties similar to a positive post-race result.
