Terence Crawford knocks out David Avanesyan in 6 rounds

It was a short, straight right did it. In a flash, David Avanesyan found himself a failure in Omaha. Such things are likely to happen when one faces undefeated WBO welterweight champion Terence Crawford. Although the battle was not intense, Ananesyan’s tenacity and willingness to play could not make it through the sixth round. At least the fighter had his moments. After all, Crawford is an extremely difficult opponent to beat, a fact proven by this man’s impeccable track record.
There is no doubt, however, that Avanesyan won on Saturday in fact. He had a good opening half and was able to land well during the proceedings. However, Crawford was a patient man, one who did not lose his temper. Instead, he simultaneously applies pressure while looking to bring down his man. In a sense, Saturday night saw a classic Crawford performance in which the Omaha-born man continued his work until things came to a boil and he could beat his man.
Although many wanted Crawford to face fellow welterweight Errol Spence, negotiations between the two factions failed, leading to Crawford reaching an agreement with BLK prime, which presented Saturday’s match. as a pay-per-view event.
